Requirements

1. Original copy of Proof of Tax Payment issued by the Tax Bureau. * (For monthly income above RMB 4,800.00)
2. Duly filled up Remittance Application Form. **
3. US$6.00 or RMB45.00 fee
4. Original and photocopy of Passport with Z Working Visa
5. Original and photocopy of Employment Permit
6. Original and photocopy of Employment Contract with the stated salary and term of contract with company seal in place.
7. Fill up the PIN (Personal Identification Number) please refer to the attachment.

*  Original copy will be returned to you upon completion of the transaction.

** Remittance Application Forms are available in the office.

Note:

On your first visit to Metrobank Shanghai, please bring items 1 to 7, and then on the succeeding remittances, please bring only items 1 to 3.

Bring the complete requirements to our office at 1203 Marine Tower, 1 Pudong Ave. Shanghai 200120. You may also send the completed documents to us thru courier service or we can pick up the documents from your place of work or residence. (Prior arrangement is required)

Two Ways to Transfer Funds:

1.      Visit MB Shanghai Office located at 1203 Marine Tower, 1 Pudong Ave. Shanghai 200120 and conduct the transaction OVER-THE-COUNTER.

OR

 2.     Go to any local bank and fill in the form 贷记凭证. Please refer to the illustration below on how to fill-up the form. Fill up the remittance application form of MB Shanghai. (Forms are available upon request. We will be sending you blank copies.)

Please give us a call before you make the deposit for you to know the rate for the day i.e. US$ to RMB and US$ to Peso and call us after you have made the deposit for the confirmation of the deposit made with the local bank.
